How Long untill my item is shipped.
WAIT TIME!! All jigs sell fast enough I never have them on hand. I make them as the orders come in. So there could be a 7 to 14 day wait time. Most of the time it is shorter.. We ship everything priority through USPS. Once the shipping label is scanned by USPS that is when priority shipping begins. Not at time of purchase.
I received my tracking and the address is wrong.
When ordering make sure what ever means you are purchasing with have current up to date address. We only send items to address provided with the purchase. This is for both parties safety & protection.
I got charged import tax on my package.
When we ship overseas we always send as a gift. You should not get charged with an import tax. But if you do you should take it up with your postal service. We have no control over what other countries charge.
Why am I charged import taxes.
Every package has to have a monetary value placed on it before it can ship. The taxes are based off the value. We set the value for the amount of the purchase. This way it is insured for the value of the package. If it gets lost or damaged we are able to file a claim to be reimbursed . So that we can either replace the item or refund the purchase.
How do I return an item?
If for some reason you are unhappy or need to return an item for some other reason. It is simple, once the item arrives just ship it back. Once we receive the item we will return the purchase price of the item minus shipping.
